PS version is one of the printing industry need coated photosensitive material of aluminum plate, before coating to the surface for processing, processing technology conditions of 30% H2SO4 (mass fraction), 40 ℃ and 7000 ~ 7000 a/m2. With the development of printing industry, laser typesetting technology is increasingly developed, domestic demand for PS version is also increasing. At present, PS version of the base mostly use thin aluminum plate. Through the electrolytic oxidation of aluminum plate and other processing procedures, into the printing industry with PS version. The aluminum plate needs to be cleaned before the electrolytic oxidation treatment. The surface cleaning process USES sulfuric acid direct current electrolysis cleaning. The cathode is the aluminum plate to be treated, and the anode material is the titanium anode (DSA anode) with high electrocatalytic activity. Under its technological conditions, the titanium anode can produce PS plates of 1.2-1.5m2 million .
